With the double grater, the two blade variants coarse and fine are always compactly at hand: the fine blade of the double grater is ideal for grating citrus fruits or grating various spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, tonka bean, chocolate but also Parmesan. If ginger, garlic or chillies are grated, you get a puree-like consistency.
The coarse blade of the double grater can be used for coarser grating of chocolate, coconut or nuts. Use the coarse side of the double grater to grate vegetables and fruit (e.g. carrots, potatoes or apples) to obtain more consistency.
