The spare ceramic stones are designed for the sknife knife sharpener with two stages for pre-grinding and polishing. The spare ceramic stones with 300 and 800 grit serve as a replacement for the grinding unit integrated in the sharpener.
The spare ceramic stones can be easily inserted into the knife sharpener. The spare ceramic stones are used for sharpening sknife knives and our entire range of Japanese knives due to the 15 degree cutting angle of the sharpener.
