The triangle Parmesan grater made of stainless steel is extremely sharp thanks to a special photo-etching process. The Parmesan grater ensures a particularly fine grating result – perfect for hard cheese or for grating potatoes to thicken soups and sauces.
If required, the catcher can be easily clipped under the Parmesan grater. It catches the grated Parmesan and allows it to be sprinkled directly onto the dish or into a bowl. A practical stand with anti-slip nubs and a support tray ensure a secure hold on bowls.
