The Shun Nagare Black Chef's knife is ideal for cutting vegetables, herbs, meat and fish. Thanks to its innovative manufacturing process, the Nagare Black Chef's knife is characterised by its long-lasting sharpness and cutting performance.


The blade of the Nagare Black Chef's knife is made of two types of steel (VG-10 & VG-2) that are processed together, achieving a blade hardness of 61 HRC. The radiating blade pattern is created by elaborate layering during the manufacturing process. The ergonomically shaped and black-coloured handle of the Nagare Black chef's knife fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its soft, rounded lines.
