Avocados can be sliced quickly and easily with the avocado slicer 3 in 1 from Microplane®. The avocado slicer made of high-quality stainless steel ensures even more moments of enjoyment.
The avocado slicer is a multi-purpose kitchen tool for halving, removing the stone and lifting it out. The avocado slicer can also be used for slicing or dicing.
Application: The sharp, straight blade of the avocado slicer is perfect for halving the avocado (step 1).
To remove the pit from the flesh, place the avocado slicer with the small teeth on the pit. The stone can be easily removed by gently moving it back and forth (step 2).
The flesh is then either cut into slices or cubes with the sharp blade or lifted directly from the skin half as a whole (steps 3 & 4).
