Kai celebrates the sale of ten million Shun knives with the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury set, limited to 6’000 pcs. The Kohen Anniversary Luxury set includes a chef's knife with a 20 cm blade and a universal knife with a 15 cm blade, made of uniquely patterned 72-layer dual-core Damascus steel with a hardness of 60 HRC.

The red and black pakka wood handle of the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury set is durable and comfortable to hold. The Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury set knives have a continuous tang, which ensures an optimal balance between blade and handle.
