The knife sharpener is designed for also sharpening pocket knives

The knife sharpener sknife has been developed with two stages; most sknife knives only wear in the front area. With step 1 (on the left of the knife sharpener sknife) the blade can be pre-sharpened: pull the blade through approx. 10 times. To achieve a perfect grind of the knife blade, we have had fine polishing stones specially made in Japan.

Use a sheet of paper to test the sharpness achieved with the knife sharpener sknife. With step 2, the polishing stone of the knife sharpener sknife, the cutting edge can be polished: pull the blade through approx. 10 times.

The pre-grinding stone and the polishing stone of the knife sharpener sknife correspond to the result of a 2’000 grit grinding stone. This knife sharpener sknife is also suitable for sharpening our entire Japanese knife range.
