Ludwig Hatecke creates specialities of dried meat and offers at his three gourmet butcher's shops in St. Moritz, Scuol and Zernez an expedition through Engadine's gastronomic culture. Hatecke's meat of Engadine's alpine pastures contains natural mineral salts and vitamins and is seasoned with spices and air-dried during months.

Ludgwig Hatecke cuts for example the Hatecke Augusto Salsiz with a sharp, hand-forged Güde knife.
