The Nagare slicing knife belongs to the kitchen knife luxury class. The blade of the Nagare slicing knife is made out of two different steel-tyles (VG-10 & VG-2) in a special forging process named "Dualcore". The damascus steel blade with 61 HRC has an exceptionally sustainable cutting performance.
Due to the elaborate layers, the blade of the Nagare slicing knife receives the special-shaped blade pattern. The handle of the Nagare slicing knife is made out of Japanese Pakkawood and fits nicely in the hand. This knife is usable for cutting and carving ham, meat and roast.
