The chef's knife K5 is fabricated according to the principle of the "Solingen microsection": The blade is sharpened with a highly place sharpening angle and is tapered to the edge. "Blaupliessten" means a fine sharpening of the blade's surface of the chef's knife K5. It is characterized by the bluish to rainbow-colored lustre.
