The chef cook Andreas Caminada from Grisons has been awarded in 2005 by the Gault Millau as "discovery of the year, in 2007 he was the "climber of ther year" and one year later he was the "cook of the year". The high point of his awards: In 2009 his "Schloss Schauenstein" in Fürstenau was named the best restaurant of Switzerland with 3 stars of the Guide Michelin and 19 Gault Millau points.

As Andreas Caminada cooks his menus by applying countless movements, also his favourite Güde Delta knives are fabricated by means of more than 40 manual work steps.
