The well designed sknife steak knife is forged in Switzerland (Emmental) out of the nitraded surgery steel 1.4123. That steel has a four times higher corrosion resistance and a hardness of 58 HRC. The handles are made out of swiss walnut wood. The finish is done by the established cutler Hansjörg Kilchenmann in Basel.
The smooth transition from handle to blade enables the ergonomic cutting, the edge of the sknife steak knife is contactless, thanks to the optimised design. The sknife steak knife comes in an classic old wood box.
