The handmade strop restores the original sharpness of chef’s knives. Three of the four strips of leather of the strop have diamond pastes with different degrees of fineness applied. The fourth side without diamond paste is used to polish and care for the blade’s cutting edge.
The core of the strop is made of solid, oiled oak wood. With a total length of 32.5 cm, the strop is perfectly suitable for an easy but professional final sharpening and polishing of high quality knives.
