The high quality Super Stone 10000 is made in Japan. Thanks to the fine grind, the Super Stone 10000 is ideal for the fine polish after sharpening.
The Super Stone 10000 is resin bound, which makes it extremely durable. The knife leaves almost no marks on the Super Stone 10000.
A few drops of water are enough, and the grinding can start. If the knives are already dull, it is recommended to rebuild the blade ground in advance. For example with the electric AP-118S grinding tool from KAI or the Super Stone 5000.
